We have developed a progressive learning environment which allows for intentional teaching and spontaneous learning. This empowers each child to develop lifelong skills of empowerment, aptitude, social competence and independence.
Our program is grounded on the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) - ‘Being, Belonging and Becoming’ - and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
These Frameworks form the foundation for ensuring that children in all early childhood education and care settings experience quality teaching and learning. It has a specific emphasis on play-based learning and recognises the importance of communication and language (including early literacy and numeracy) and social and emotional development.
We offer an intensive school readiness program to ensure your child is supported for a smooth transition into Kindergarten. With a strong focus on our Montessori work cycle, we utilise these materials to enhance Language, Numeracy, Sensorial, Geography and Practical life skills. Also incorporated in our daily routine is a strong focus on our Jolly Phonics and Sight Words program.
Eyesight, Hearing and Dental Assessments are also undertaken by professionals at our service in your child's final year of preschool.
